2006 Scantlebury Awards

On March 10, 2006, two of the JFMIP Principals, Office of Personnel Director Linda M. Springer and Government Accountability Office Comptroller General David M. Walker, presented the Scantlebury awards for distinguished leadership in financial management to Patricia E. Healy, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Samuel T.
